Happy Tuesday, everyone. There was a slew of news in the NASCAR Xfinity Series garage on Monday afternoon. Some of them pertaining to this weekend’s race at Homestead, and others pertaining to the 2025 season.
William Sawalich Added to 2025 Joe Gibbs Racing Xfinity Series Lineup
William Sawalich, who will make his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut for Joe Gibbs Racing this weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway, will move to the NASCAR Xfinity Series full-time in 2025. Sawalich will drive the No. 18 Toyota GR Supra for JGR next season with primary sponsorship from Starkey / SoundGear.
Sawalich, 18, capped off taking back-to-back championships in the ARCA Menards Series East as he defeated Connor Zilisch in a hard-fought championship battle this season.

Mason Maggio Joins Alpha Prime for Second Xfinity Start of 2024: Mason Maggio, who secured a career-best 18th-place finish in the NXS event at Atlanta Motor Speedway driving for Joey Gase Motorsports, will return to the series this week driving the No. 45 Chevrolet for Alpha Prime Racing.

Notables among the 36 Chartered entries include Kaz Grala in the No. 15 Rick Ware Racing Ford, and AJ Allmendinger in the No. 16 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet.
