NASCAR Power Rankings: Logano Strikes Again; Blaney Takes a Beating
While you would have been hard-pressed to find anyone mid-season who thought Joey Logano was a legitimate championship contender, even-year Logano has gotten hot all of a sudden. After a win at Bristol, Logano now has three wins in his last nine races, and the second consecutive week, he leads the way in the Racing America On SI Power Rankings.
While Logano is soaring, his teammate, Ryan Blaney, suffered another setback with a run-in on-track and off-track with Carson Hocevar.

Why Keselowski’s Crew Chief Change Could Land Him in the Chase in 2027
Earlier this week, RFK Racing announced that it had amicably decided to part ways with Jeremy Bullins, Brad Keselowski’s crew chief since the start of the 2025 season. Mike Skarbowski will step in as Keselowski’s crew chief this weekend at Kansas Speedway.
While mid-and-even-late-season changes of this nature have become increasingly rare in the NASCAR Cup Series in recent years, this is a move that seriously makes sense for all parties.
For Bullins, it gives him a chance to possibly pair with a younger driver or fringe team needing his veteran leadership. For Keselowski and the No. 6 RFK Racing team, it gives them a seven-race test session, essentially, to lay the foundation for their 2027 season.
Keselowski is 42 years old and has missed the Chase/Playoffs in each of the last two seasons. The shake-up could be just what the 2012 Cup Series champion needs to become a contender again.
