Cory Roper Returning for Daytona; Eyeing ‘Two or Three’ Additional Drivers in 2024
Cory Roper is set to make his return to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for the season-opening race at Daytona, he confirmed on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio’s The Front Stretch on Saturday.
“The only race that I have right now that I know I’m going to drive this year is Daytona,” Roper stated on the show. “Bruce has taken this thing and new body, a new floor plan, we even cut the front clip on it and moved it. I am, I can’t tell you how excited I am to get into it, because I know it’s right. I’m looking forward to it. Truck is about put together and ready to go. My brothers have just about got it done, and I can’t wait.”
In the interview, Roper says he’s eyeing a couple of additional drivers to pilot the No. 04 throughout the season, in addition to both himself and Marco Andretti — who was announced for a seven-race slate earlier this month.

Alpha Prime Racing Names Crew Chiefs for 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Season
Alpha Prime Racing will have a veteran presence on top of the pit box for the organization in 2024, announcing on Saturday its crew chief lineup for the upcoming NASCAR Xfinity Series campaign.
Ryan Ellis (43) will work with Mike Hillman, Sr.
Brennan Poole (44) will work with Frank Kerr.
The part-time team (45) will have Derek Peebles as crew chief.

Solomon Plumbing Returns as Four-Race Sponsor for Brad Keselowski in 2024
Solomon Plumbing will continue its multi-year relationship with RFK Racing and Brad Keselowski for the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series campaign, the organization announced on Friday.
The company, which first joined the organization upon Keselowski’s arrival in 2022, will have its white-and-green branding displayed on track in four events this season at NASCAR’s top-level.
With a newly-designed paint scheme, Solomon Plumbing will have its branding plastered on the No. 6 Ford Mustang in NASCAR Cup Series events at Las Vegas (March 3), WWT Raceway (June 2), Darlington (September 1), and Kansas-2 (September 29).

After coming off her best statistical season to date in the ARCA Menards Series, Toni Breidinger is set to return to full-time competition, teaming up once again with Venturini Motorsports. The Hillsborough, CA native is set to get behind the wheel of the No. 25 Toyota Camry for the team beginning at the Daytona International Speedway on February 17th.

The Georgia Peanut Commission, which represents more than 4,500 peanut farm families across the state of Georgia, is set to continue its long-standing relationship with Front Row Motorsports in 2024, through its Georgia Peanuts brand.
For the third straight season, Georgia Peanuts will have a presence in the primary sponsorship program for Todd Gilliland, with the driver’s No. 38 Ford Mustang carrying the brand’s colors at Atlanta Motor Speedway on February 25.
