NASCAR, 23XI, FRM Reach Settlement on Day 9 of Antitrust Trial
On the ninth day of NASCOURT, a settlement was officially reached between 23XI Racing, Front Row Motorsports, and NASCAR. While the financial terms and specifics of the agreement will remain confidential, both parties confirmed in a joint statement that they have agreed to institute “Evergreen” Charters for every Charter holder in the NASCAR Cup Series.
Jeffrey Kessler, the lead attorney for 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports, confirmed that both teams will have their Charters restored heading into the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season.
“As part of today’s resolution, 23XI’s and Front Row Motorsports’ charters have been returned for the 2026 season,” Kessler said.
Michael Jordan expressed pride in achieving a deal that builds equity in NASCAR Cup Series teams through Evergreen Charters, and he hopes that this can allow all stakeholders of NASCAR to build and grow the sport together.

Lionel Racing Reveals Top-10 Best-Selling Die-Casts of 2025
On Thursday, Lionel Racing delivered its yearly top-10 best-selling die-cast list. As expected, the list is very JR Motorsports/Dale Earnhardt Jr. heavy; Earnhardt and Justin Allgaier swept the top-three spots. However, there were some other standouts as eight different drivers were represented on the top-10 die-cast list in 2025.
Justin Allgaier, the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion, took the No. 1 and No. 3 spots on the list, with two separate versions of the No. 40 Traveller Whiskey Chevrolet, which served as the NASCAR Cup Series debut for JR Motorsports.
Lionel Racing noted that this marks the first time Allgaier has ever ranked No. 1 in its annual best-selling die-cast list.
The standard version of the die-cast ranked No. 1, while the raced version took the No. 3 spot. Sandwiched between the two Allgaier die-casts was Dale Earnhardt Jr., who took the No. 2 spot with his No. 8 Budweiser Speedway Classic Late Model.
