Kyle Busch Reveals Gruesome Cut Leg Injury In Smoke Detector Incident
On this week’s episode of Samantha Busch’s Certified Oversharer Podcast, Kyle Busch revealed an offseason incident at his home that occurred a day before the original scheduled date of the Cook Out Clash, which sent him to the ER.
Busch was harmlessly changing smoke detector batteries with an 18-inch stepstool when the stepstool shattered into pieces below him. Busch’s son, came out of his room, and said, “Dad, you’re bleeding!”
Busch expecting a slight drip of blood, looked down and noticed he was profusely bleeding out of his leg, as the stool ripped a massive gouge out of his left leg, just under his knee.
Fortunately, the cut narrowly missed Busch’s muscles, and he was able to get stitched up with no further issues.
