Kyle Busch Scores First NASCAR Cup Series Pole of 2024 at Dover
Kyle Busch is looking to put an end to recent on-track frustration, as he will start Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Wurth 400 at Dover Motor Speedway from the pole position. Busch turned a 22.196 sec. (162.191 mph) lap in the final round of Saturday’s qualifying session.
Ryan Blaney will start on the outside of the front row while William Byron, Tyler Reddick, and Noah Gragson will all start from inside the top-five.

Ryan Truex Muscles Past Carson Kvapil in Overtime to Repeat at Dover
Ryan Truex has done it again! The younger brother of Martin Truex Jr., who snagged his first career NASCAR Xfinity Series win a season ago at Dover Motor Speedway, was able to work his way around Carson Kvapil on a double overtime finish in Saturday’s Bet Rivers 200.
Truex would lead the final two laps of the race and as Justin Allgaier crashed on the final lap, it secured the win for Truex. Kvapil would hold on to finish second while Sam Mayer, Sheldon Creed, and Cole Custer rounded out the top-five finishers in the race.

Practice Results: NASCAR Cup Series Wurth 400 at Dover Motor Speedway
While Ryan Blaney came up just shy of the pole for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Wurth 400 at Dover, the driver of the No. 12 Team Penske Ford Mustang did lead the way in NASCAR Cup Series practice ahead of Tyler Reddick and William Byron.
Seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson was fifth-fastest in the practice session.
