Carson Kvapil Fills 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Schedule With Four Races at DGM Racing
Last season, it was announced that Carson Kvapil would only compete part-time during the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series season. However, Kvapil had a deep run in the Playoffs, which unlocked a full-time schedule.
While we knew the majority of Kvapil’s schedule would be contested behind the wheel of the No. 1 and No. 9 Chevrolets for JR Motorsports, on Wednesday, Kvapil revealed the remainder of his 2026 plans in the series.
Kvapil will pilot the No. 91 Chevrolet for DGM Racing in four events, beginning with next weekend’s event at Circuit of the Americas. Kvapil will return to the No. 91 machine at Watkins Glen, Charlotte in May, and Sonoma.

NASCAR Trying to Identify Fan Who Interrupted Suarez Interview
Following a 13th-place finish in his first points-paying race with his new team, Spire Motorsports, Daniel Suarez was conducting post-race interviews on pit road at Daytona International Speedway.
However, as Suarez was mid-interview with FOX Deportes, a fan approached the driver, leaned into the microphone, stared at the camera, and said, “47, 47, baby.” The fan was likely referencing Donald Trump, the 47th President of the United States, or possibly he was a fan of Ricky Stenhouse Jr., who finished second in the race behind the wheel of the No. 47 Hyak Motorsports Chevrolet.
The fan slapped Suarez’s right shoulder as he exited the scene.
On this week’s edition of the Hauler Talk Podcast, NASCAR’s Mike Forde says the sanctioning body and its security team are aware of the situation and are trying to nail down the fan’s identity. If the identity is discovered, Forde says it won’t end well for the fan.
“Our security team is aware. Tom Bryant is aware and is working with the security team, and if we do find out who this person is, it’s certainly not going to end well for this particular person,” Forde explained.
