Hailie Deegan, AM Racing Officially Part Ways; Goals ‘No Longer Align’
Hailie Deegan is parting ways with Xfinity Series team AM Racing, the driver and organization confirmed jointly on Monday. Deegan, a Rookie of The Year (ROTY) contender in the second-tier series, was the full-time pilot of the No. 15 Ford Mustang Dark Horse.
In a statement posted to social media, Deegan claims that her goals no longer align with those of AM Racing, who originally signed the Temecula, California-native to a multi-year driving agreement.
Later in the afternoon, AM Racing confirmed that Josh Berry, a full-timer in the NASCAR Cup Series, will pilot the No. 15 Ford Mustang Dark Horse in Saturday’s event at Pocono Raceway.

Joe Gibbs Racing to Swap No. 19, No. 20 Xfinity Crews in Four Races
Joe Gibbs Racing is making some part-time changes to its NASCAR Xfinity Series personal roster, the team confirmed to TobyChristie.com on Monday.
The No. 19 and No. 20 Xfinity Series teams will swap crews (including the crew chief) in four events this season, starting Saturday at Pocono — where Taylor Gray will work with Tyler Allen (19) and Ryan Truex will work with Seth Chavka (20).
This change will also be implemented at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Kansas Speedway, and Talladega Superspeedway later this Fall.
“It is a unique situation where we have two all-star cars, so we have the opportunity for teams and drivers (both veteran and young drivers) to work with different groups within our organization,” a statement from Joe Gibbs Racing to TobyChristie.com reads. “The goal is to simply utilize all our resources to optimize growth and performance across the program.”

On Monday, the team and its driver JJ Yeley revealed that they will carry primary sponsorship from Ollie’s, America’s largest retailer of closeout merchandise and excess inventory.
The bright yellow Ollie’s colors will adorn the No. 44 NY Racing Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for the first time at the home track for the company, which was founded in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania in 1982.

Young’s Motorsports Acquires No. 46, Will Field Truck for Thad Moffitt at Pocono
Thad Moffitt, who was benched in favor of Dawson Cram by Faction46 for the most recent NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Nashville Superspeedway, will return to the series this weekend at Pocono Raceway, but not for the Faction46 team that he had run for in the opening 12 races of the season.
Instead, Moffitt will pilot a Chevrolet Silverado fielded by Young’s Motorsports this weekend at Pocono Raceway, according to the entry list released by NASCAR on Monday afternoon. Interestingly enough, Faction46 is not on the entry list, and the Young’s team has acquired the No. 46 for the Moffitt entry. The number had been used by Faction46 in every race this season prior to this weekend.
While there has been no official announcement from the Faction46 team at the time of publishing, that team not being on the entry list, and its former driver running their truck number for a different organization this weekend would lead you to believe this isn’t good news for that program.
