Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Reuniting With MLB, Budweiser Ahead of Speedway Classic
At JR Motorsports’ fan day on Thursday, Dale Earnhardt Jr. along with his CARS Tour driver Connor Hall, unveiled a special No. 8 paint scheme, which Earnhardt will drive in the upcoming zMAX CARS Tour event at Anderson Motor Speedway on August 16.
The scheme is a throwback to Earnhardt’s win in the 2001 Pepsi 400 at Daytona, which he won in his first start at the track since the tragic passing of his father, Dale Earnhardt, in the 2001 Daytona 500.
Budweiser and the MLB Speedway Classic, which will be played at Bristol Motor Speedway, are the primary sponsorship partners for the excellent paint scheme.
