Corey Heim Joins Sam Hunt Racing for Xfinity Series Debut at Dover

Corey Heim, who is in the midst of a full-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series campaign with TRICON Garage, will make his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut at Dover Motor Speedway for Sam Hunt Racing.
Heim, 20, will pilot the No. 24 Toyota GR Supra for SHR with sponsorship coming from Toyota Genuine Parts in the event on April 29th.

Kaden Honeycutt Attempting Xfinity Debut for CHK Racing at Martinsville

19-year-old Kaden Honeycutt, who has opened eyes with solid results in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, will attempt to make his first-career NASCAR Xfinity Series start this weekend at Martinsville Speedway.
Honeycutt will be the driver of the No. 74 CHK Racing entry, which has made it into the field for one race in 2023.
“We’re excited to give Kaden [Honeycutt] his first opportunity at an Xfinity start,” says Mike Harmon, co-owner of CHK Racing. “He’s done really well in Trucks, he deserved a chance in Xfinity, and we’re excited to do that for him. I’ve been watching Honeycutt for a while now and am glad to have him on board.”

Zane Smith to Pilot the No. 51 Rick Ware Racing Entry at Martinsville

On Wednesday, Rick Ware Racing officially announced the driver of its No. 51 entry for this weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series NOCO 400 at Martinsville Speedway. Zane Smith, the 2022 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion will pilot the car as he makes his third NASCAR Cup Series start of the 2023 season.
RWR had Matt Crafton substitute for Cody Ware this past weekend at Dirt Bristol, and following an arrest of Ware on Monday, and a subsequent indefinite suspension from NASCAR, the team had to make a move. Smith will get at least one start of additional NASCAR Cup experience this weekend as a result.
