28 cars are currently featured on the entry list for the ASA STARS National Tour Tar Heel 250 at Hickory Motor Speedway, and there is a lot of NASCAR representation on the list.
Headlining the group of seven current NASCAR National Series racers that will compete in the Super Late Model race on Thursday, May 25th are NASCAR Cup Series Hendrick Motorsports teammates Chase Elliott and William Byron.
Elliott, the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion, is a very impressive racer in the Super Late Model ranks. Elliott has two Tom Dawson Trophys — the award handed out to the winner of the Snowball Derby — on his mantle, he has also scored wins in the prestigious Winchester 400 in 2010 and the All American 400 in 2013.
