Bret Holmes Looking for Talladega Redemption with TRICON Garage
Bret Holmes, a former team owner in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, will return to the series for the first time in more than a year, competing in the Love’s RV Stops 225 at Talladega Superspeedway on October 17.
Holmes, a native of Munford, Alabama, will get behind the wheel of a top-tier entry at the 2.66-mile superspeedway in his home state, piloting the No. 1 ShopTRICON.com Toyota Tundra TRD Pro for TRICON Garage.
The 28-year-old is a former champion of the ARCA Menards Series (2020), a championship that he earned while competing for his family-owned operation, Bret Holmes Racing. With that same team, Holmes earned a pair of top-five finishes in 56 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts — a third at Talladega (2022) and a fourth at Daytona (2024).
