Ben Rhodes Surges Late to Win NC Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte

It was a long time coming, but Ben Rhodes finally broke back into victory lane in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. The driver of the No. 99 ThorSport Racing Ford F-150 worked his way from the 19th starting spot and utilized a perfect pit stop by his crew late in the race to take the lead.
From there, Rhodes rose to the occasion, while the other dominant trucks of the race faded down the stretch.

Justin Allgaier Posts Stellar Lap to Earn Xfinity Series Pole at Charlotte

Justin Allgaier, the driver of the No. 7 JR Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro, had just seven-career NASCAR Xfinity Series poles heading into Friday’s qualifying session at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Well, make it eight poles, now.
Allgaier shocked everyone as he topped John Hunter Nemechek, and Ty Gibbs — the two fastest cars in practice — to score the pole award. And it wasn’t even close. Allgaier was 0.153 sec. ahead of Gibbs in the session.

Jesse Love Pulls Off the Hat Trick, Wins the General Tire 150 at Charlotte

There just seems to be no stopping the potent combination that is Jesse Love and Venturini Motorsports. The 18-year-old racer took his third-consecutive ARCA Menards Series win, this time in the General Tire 150 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Love even had to knife his way through a sketchy situation on the final restart to get the win, as Christian Rose stayed on track with old tires in an effort to steal a win. Love got by and set sail on the win.
