Christopher Bell Rockets to 11th Career Pole; Defeats Chastain for Kansas Pole
Since the adaptation of the Next Gen car in 2022, Christopher Bell has found his groove in qualifying. Saturday at Kansas Speedway, the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing driver racked up his 11th pole since the start of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season.
Bell turned an incredible 29.491 sec. (183.107 mph) lap in the final round of qualifying to top Ross Chastain by 0.065 sec. for the pole position. But Bell knows a pole win doesn’t secure him the race win.
“We’ve executed qualifying a couple of times here at Kansas, and we have yet to win a race,” Bell said. “Before we say we’re going to go out and win, I just need to finish tomorrow. I need to see the checkered flag.”

Corey Heim Dominates to Win Heart of America 200 at Kansas Speedway
In an uncharacteristically drama-free NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event at Kansas Speedway, it was TRICON Garage’s Corey Heim that dominated the event on his path to his second win of the 2024 NASCAR Truck Series season.
Heim, who led a race-high 79 laps, cruised to the finish line ahead of NASCAR Cup Series rookie contender Zane Smith by just over a second. There was just one caution for cause throughout the entire 134 lap race, and that caution came out on Lap 2.

Connor Mosack Cleans Up, Takes Home The Tide 150 At Kansas Speedway
There’s a reason we run all of the laps in races no matter how dominant a driver looks. Tanner Gray, driving the No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota, was head-and-shoulders above the rest of the ARCA Menards Series field for 90% of Saturday’s Tide 150 at Kansas Speedway. However, when the chips were on the table, and the win was on the line, Connor Mosack came to life.
The driver of the No. 28 Pinnacle Racing Group Chevrolet swooped around Gray on a late-race restart and marched to the win. The victory is Mosack’s second in ARCA Menards Series competition.
