Atlanta Motor Speedway Rebranded to EchoPark Speedway
On Tuesday, Atlanta Motor Speedway announced that the track will now be referred to as EchoPark Speedway after the iconic race track, owned by Speedway Motorsports, reached a seven-year, multi-million dollar naming rights deal with EchoPark.
EchoPark is a subsidiary of Sonic Automotive, one of the nation’s largest car dealers, which, like Speedway Motorsports, is owned by the Smith family.
The winner of the inaugural event at EchoPark Speedway will receive a “nearly new” EchoPark Chevy Silverado and a trailer equipped with an 85th Anniversary, Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Limited Edition Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
